Responsibilities:

• Consolidate business data for the manager’s analysis
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data input
• Handle incoming enquiries from internal teams
• Assist in consolidating and preparing business reports
• Provide other administration support when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of sales support or administration experience
• A good team player with positive and outgoing personality
• Detailed oriented & well organized
• Self-motivated & willing to learn
• Good communications, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
