The Hong Kong Treble Choir (HKTC), a locally based and internationally renowned children’s choir, is looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced candidate to be our Executive Manager, to take the choir to a new stage of development.

Job Description

1. Development

˙        Maintain a close working relationship with the Board of Directors to ensure effective co-ordination of all company activities in upholding the mission and values established by the Organization.

˙        Monitor the external environment and collaborate with Art Director for the development of new music courses / market segments.

˙        Ensure the financial targets and other defined KPI targets are met in all functional areas.

2. Public Relations

˙        Develop and manage the marketing campaigns for new courses launch, website & social media and Organization events.

˙        Manage the Organization brand delivery and consistency across all media as well as produce high quality publications and materials on time and within budget.

˙        Perform public speaking for public relations, marketing and development.

3. Operations

˙        Direct, manage and control the Organization employees to ensure that they are strongly motivated and properly trained and carry their responsibilities to the required standards.

˙        Formulate and drive the continual process improvements and implement best practices to operate and manage the Organization and special projects smoothly and efficiently.

4. Safety and Care

˙        Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that a safe and healthy environment is maintained at all company sites for the students.

˙        Maintain a close relationship with students and their parents to understand and address their needs and concerns.

Competencies

˙        Posses with tertiary education background

˙        Business Acumen and strategic thinking

˙        Self-motivated and customer & result oriented

˙        Willing to work under pressure and non-regular working hours

˙        Love music will be an advantage
