Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Report to the Department Manager to deliver all-rounded and quality administration and HR services to the Company.
  • Coordinate with HQ Accounting Dept. for local office accounting duties timely, e.g. preparing payment requisition, making payment arrangement, handling incoming checks, etc.
  • Work with HQ Purchasing Dept. for searching local vendors, placing orders and follow up on the order until products / services required is received; prepare, submit and follow up on requisitions for various purchases / projects.
  • Maintain office tidiness and perform administration tasks, e.g. purchase and replenish office & pantry supplies, mailing, printing & logistics arrangement, lighting system checking, courier services, etc.
  • Provide support in various projects, including office renovation, building management and tenancy agreements, office equipment contracts’ renewal, periodical stock takes and audits, etc.
  • Arrange appropriate actions whenever recruitment is required, including prepare Hire Request, identify the best channels for Ads/Employment Agencies, update advertisement content, arrange of interviews/tests and support for on-boarding arrangement, etc.
  • Responsible for Attendance and Leave Management, to update and ensure the accuracy of personnel data/records on regular basis monthly; process and update the staff leave forms from time to time and monitor staff the outstanding leave and leave arrangement on quarterly basis.
  • Promote a positive, cooperative and cohesive culture via organizing of Staff Activities and Engagement programs; support other HR initiatives and corporate events as assigned.  

 

 Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holders in business related disciplines or above, preferable in Business/Administration/Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in providing Office Administration/HR in multinational companies is required;
  • Well versed in employment ordinance and MPF regulations;
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
  • Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, well organized and detail-minded and strong interpersonal skill at all level;
  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
