Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administration supports for group’s offices and outlets
• Manage daily administration work including procurement and replenishment of office supplies and equipment maintenance, mail handling, warehouse management and courier arrangement, etc
• Liaise with external vendors or service providers
• Back up reception duties when necessary
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 3 years' administration experience
• Experienced in restaurant license application and renewal is preferable
• Good PC knowledge (Words, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing)
• Flexible, responsible, well organized and detail-minded
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
