Responsibility

• Perform general reception duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting visitors;
• Undertake the incoming and outgoing correspondences and courier documents
• Provide general office administrative and clerical supports
• Work internally within Admin Department to assist office duties.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties.

 Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• At least 2 years’ of practical experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude and enthusiasm;
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Outlook, Word and Excel;
• Able to handle task independently and meticulously
• Good telephone manners and good team player;
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
