Job Responsibilities:

1. System implementation and rollout;
2. Deploy software applications / solutions for clients;
3. Product, software application and system support;
4. Follow up support issues with users to ensure problems resolved and customer is satisfied;
5. Conduct and prepare user training and system testing as required;
6. Prepare documentation such as training materials, administration & operation manuals;
7. Study and integrate new applications, systems and technology;

Job Requirements:

1. Degree/High Diploma/Diploma holder major in Computer or IT or related discipline;
2. With at least 5 years working experience;
3. Be familiar with Window platforms, Window servers, Email systems, anit-virus software and/or backup software;
4. Experience in Linux platform, remote access, archive solutions is an advantage;
5. Good analytical skills;
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Have proactive attitude and can work independently in a teamwork environment. Can work closely with internal colleagues and users;
8. Self-motivated, have good sense of team spirit and problem solving;
9. Be willing to work under stress and time management pressure;
10. Good skills in speaking and writing both in Chinese and English; Speaking skills in Potonghua is an advantage;
