Job Responsibilities:

•          To handle daily office administration work
•          To prepare and update statistics data
•          To keep filing up-to-date & systemically
•          To support staff schedule and time attendance tasks
•          To assist in clerical and various tasks assigned and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

•          Higher Diploma with 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience, 
•          A good team player, helpful and proactive with good communication skill
•          Good computer skills, including MS Words, MS Excel, MS ProwerPoint
•          Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
•          Immediately Available is highly preferred
