Job Description
Responsibilities
- Posting of job advertisements.
- Coordinate in the selection process.
- Assisting in on-boarding and off-boarding logistics.
- Briefing of company policies and procedures to new employees.
- Maintenance of staff database.
- Assisting in HR & Admin related matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources/ Administration related discipline.
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in handling HR & Admin matters. Talented fresh graduates with relevant qualification will be considered as well.
- Proactive, mature and detail minded.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication skills.
