Responsibilities

• Posting of job advertisements.
• Coordinate in the selection process.
• Assisting in on-boarding and off-boarding logistics.
• Briefing of company policies and procedures to new employees.
• Maintenance of staff database.
• Assisting in HR & Admin related matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources/ Administration related discipline.
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in handling HR & Admin matters. Talented fresh graduates with relevant qualification will be considered as well.
• Proactive, mature and detail minded.
• Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication skills.
