Responsibilities

• Support invoicing and logistics arrangement for development projects across Hong Kong and Macau
• Process monthly statement to customers to follow up account receivable
• Handle queries related to order status and logistics arrangement as raised from internal project teams and customers to ensure smooth operation flow
• Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary education is preferred with 3 years working experience in business administration/ logistics field
• Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• Attention to details with good organisation and interpersonal skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• More experience would be considered as Senior Sales Administrative Officer
• Fresh graduates are welcomed and be considered as Assistant Sales Administrative Officer 
• Immediate available is preferred
• Location: Quarry Bay
