Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chairman
- Providing full spectrum of secretarial duties
- Minutes taking in meetings
- Handling travel arrangements independently
- Appointment scheduling
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary or above
- 1 year and above relevant working experience
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- High proficiency in using Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK
- Fluent in spoken Mandarin preferred
- We welcome the IANG visa holders (HK Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates) apply for this position
- Excellent knowledge in travel arrangement
- Follow up appointments closely
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-confident, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and cope with high demand
- Able to work long hours
- Able to attend phone calls from time to time after working hours.
