Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Establish and improve repair center workflow, procedures and enhance KPI in the team
  • Provide administrative support to the Service and Sales teams
  • Manage sub-contractor or in-house technician
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above education level
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in customer service, camera company will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, SAP is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Responsible, proactive, positive, good working attitude and team player
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
