Major responsibilities: 

• Handle ticketing related matters
• Handle group reservations and coordination between resort, office and clients
• Handle call centre inquiries and reservations

Requirements: 

• High Diploma/Degree holder is required preferably from Hotel School
• Certificate for advance ticketing
• Sound airline products and fare knowledge, hands-on reservation and ticketing skills (knowledge of Amadeus is highly preferable)
• Minimum two years of relevant working experience
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Good command on computer usage (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Pleasant, patient, energetic, result oriented with good interpersonal skills and Good service attitude
• Able to work independently with good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines
• Upsell skill is a plus
• Shift duty may be required
