Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions, staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations etc
- Formulate HR policies, annual HR budget and budget control
- Implementation of new HRIS system
- Office insurance and medical insurance administration
- Assist in preparing various kinds of HR reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with at least 6 year’s relevant experience preferably in F&B industry
- Strong knowledge with the HK Employment Ordinance and HR regulations
- Proficiency in using MS Office, e.g. Word , Excel, Outlook
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit
- Self- motivated, detail-minded and service oriented
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
