Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions, staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations etc
  • Formulate HR policies, annual HR budget and budget control
  • Implementation of new HRIS system
  • Office insurance and medical insurance administration
  • Assist in preparing various kinds of HR reports

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 6 year’s relevant experience preferably in F&B industry
  • Strong knowledge with the HK Employment Ordinance and HR regulations
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, e.g. Word , Excel, Outlook
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit
  • Self- motivated, detail-minded and service oriented
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
