Job Description

Responsibilities :
- Supervision of HR functions in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, India, Vietnam and Cambodia.
- Establish HR objectives in line with organisational objectives.
- Implement HR strategies, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, staff review
processes, health and welfare benefits, training, records management, employee safety, succession planning,
employee relations and labour law compliance in each jurisdiction.
- Develop HR operations financial strategies by forecasting requirements, budgeting and obtaining financial
resources and analysing results.
- Support management of each department by providing HR advice and analysing information.
- Updating HR policies, procedures, guidelines and employee handbooks.
- Compensation and welfare administration.
- Ensure all staff records and job descriptions are kept updated.
- Coordination and monitoring of all search, hiring and termination processes.
- Maintain knowledge of local and industry trends.
Your profile :
- University degree
- At least 7 years experience including experience working with regional offices.
- Able to work in Hong Kong and travel extensively to South China, Thailand and India.
- Self-motivated, hard-working, attention to detail and with excellent communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Chinese would also be an asset.
- Able to work independently and provide solid leadership to team members.
- Well-organised. Focused on processes.
