1. Degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
2. Min. 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in financial industry.
3. Fluent in speaking and writing English and Chinese. (Including Mandarin and Cantonese)
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS-Office and Chinese Word Processing.
5. Mature and able to handle assigned task independently
6. Well- organized, multi- tasking and able to work under pressure with flexibility
7. Customer centered, good influence and interpersonal skills in working with people at different levels and background

Responsibilities:

1. Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO.
2. Responsible for scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
3. Handle room booking, conference facilities, arranging appointments, travel arrangement, internal and external events
4. Prepare business correspondence, documents, presentations, statistics and business reports, etc.
5. Handle and maintain budgeting and invoicing
6. Handle telephone and email enquiries, as well as incoming and outgoing mail
7. Coordinate with both internal and external parties to achieve different work goals.
8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
