Responsibilities:

• Responsible for clerical duties including data input / checking, reporting making, checking and editing information, documents filing, etc
• Provide clerical support to Inventory Department
• Facilitate and support daily warehouse and inventory operations
• Conduct and arrange daily cycle count to maintain accurate inventory
• Communicate proactively with logistics team for operations and inventory control issue
• Ad hoc project as assigned
• Travel to factory or exhibitions if needed
  
  
  

Requirements:

• DSE or above with minimum 2 years working experience in inventory control/Jewelry industry will be an advantage
• Good computer skills, knowledge of jewelry system JDB is preferred, advanced skills in Excel is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded, sensitive to numerical data, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
