Responsibilities: 

• To identify training needs for retail staff and clients.
• To set training strategies and monitor objectives achievements.
• To develop training programs & execution.
• To regularly review and improve the training programs and materials as well as to translate product information.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder with at least 5 years' solid experience in beauty cosmetic industry.
• Recognized diploma in the beauty service industry is preferred.
• Familiar with facial treatment and product ingredients.
• Experience in product translation is an advantage.
• Independent with excellent presentation and coaching skills.
• Proactive and sensitive to customers' needs and market trend, and customer service oriented.
• Good command of English & Mandarin.
• Familiar with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Working location: San Po Kong
