Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources C&B functions
• Take lead in terms of project management in HK & China to ensure we have aligned approach of project planning and HR solutions standardization.
• Process and administer the monthly payroll including the all kinds of special payment, allowance, bonus, MPF contributions and final payment of all HK & China staff.  
• Liaise with  business partners to ensure smooth payroll processing and salary administration
• Compile HR analytic reports for business continuing plans
• Review and implement HR policies and procedures, frontline staff remuneration package analysis and proposal
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and alignment with competitive market practices
• Work with HR teams to ensure the processes and data accuracy of the HR system
• Support in HRIS development projects and participate in various ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ HR solid experience in C&B sector is a must
• 4 years’ solid background in sizeable Sourcing Office / MNC with hands on supervision experience 
• Possess strong analytical skill and numerical sense
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel (pivot table & vlookup), PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• High initiative, meticulous and work under pressure on meeting deadlines
