Responsibilities

• Coordinating in-between suppliers, internal engineers, and external lab customer services
• Send out qualification requests to suppliers and labs
• Daily follow up the qualification status and the pre-shipment testing status with external lab customer services, ensure reports to be issued on time
• Daily update the qualification follow-up table
• Documentation maintenance, ensure the files in server correctly
• Ad-hoc tasks from internal Quality Team

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 1 - 2 years experience in relevant field
• Good in communication, coordination and reporting skills
• Familiar with Word and Excel
• Details oriented, reliable and well organized
• Team work, proactive and motivated
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
