Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinating in-between suppliers, internal engineers, and external lab customer services
- Send out qualification requests to suppliers and labs
- Daily follow up the qualification status and the pre-shipment testing status with external lab customer services, ensure reports to be issued on time
- Daily update the qualification follow-up table
- Documentation maintenance, ensure the files in server correctly
- Ad-hoc tasks from internal Quality Team
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 1 - 2 years experience in relevant field
- Good in communication, coordination and reporting skills
- Familiar with Word and Excel
- Details oriented, reliable and well organized
- Team work, proactive and motivated
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
