Responsibilities                                 

• Perform administrative and general clerical support in daily operation to admin. dept.
• Prepare simple correspondence and documentation
• Data entry, filing, delivery arrangement and prepare reports
• Answer and handle phone calls
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above with 2 years or more related experience
• Responsible, well organized, hardworking with strong commitment
• Good computer skills with MS office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), English and Chinese Word Processing
• With LCCI Level I is an advantage
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently 
• Good command of English and Chinese 
• Good communication skills;
• Immediate availability is preferable
