Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the whole recruitment process including advertisement posting, application screening, initial interview, and job offering
- Prepare employment documentation (e.g. employment contract, internal approval papers, etc.) and collect on-boarding materials
- Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring Human Resources strategies to meet the fast pacing operational and business objectives
- Perform ad hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Experience in search and direct sourcing of candidates
- Master the Recruitment and Selection skills which includes screening, interviewing and assessment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can-do attitude, positive and ability to work well under pressure
- Service orientation
