Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and all round support to the CEO;
- Provide effective sales support for various types of insurance such as quotation, application process, document filing and proposal preparation, etc.;
- Deliver best in class customer service by fulfilling each client's unique needs and provide after-sales service;
- Handle enquiries from clients related to product features, terms and conditions;
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations;
- Make warm calls to clients in order to maintain excellent relationship;
- Prepare PowerPoint presentation and necessary reports;
- Manage all business related matters and email correspondence;
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned;
- Occasional travel is required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business Studies or related disciplines;
- Obtained Papers 1, 2 & 3 of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination is preferable;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance, Brokerage, Banking or Finance industry;
- Excellent communication skills with good telephone etiquette;
- Excellent inter-personal skills and able to work independently;
- Strong numerical sense;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, excellent in Putonghua is a MUST;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
