Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and all round support to the CEO;
• Provide effective sales support for various types of insurance such as quotation, application process, document filing and proposal preparation, etc.;
• Deliver best in class customer service by fulfilling each client's unique needs and provide after-sales service;
• Handle enquiries from clients related to product features, terms and conditions;
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations;
• Make warm calls to clients in order to maintain excellent relationship;
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation and necessary reports;
• Manage all business related matters and email correspondence;
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned;
• Occasional travel is required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Studies or related disciplines;
• Obtained Papers 1, 2 & 3 of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination is preferable;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance, Brokerage, Banking or Finance industry;
• Excellent communication skills with good telephone etiquette;
• Excellent inter-personal skills and able to work independently;
• Strong numerical sense;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, excellent in Putonghua is a MUST;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
