Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transaction settlements and prepare settlement reports including Hong Kong and Overseas markets;
• Responsible for performing HK and global Securities & Futures markets settlement;
• Handle CCASS and DCASS operations, post-trade processing;
• Perform system UAT and raise changed request for system implementation;
• Responsible for account opening process, document control and updating client & srock master records;
• Perform compliance and risk management on transactions;
• Handle physical stock and client's deposit and withdrawal instructions
• Perform daily stock reconciliation and investigate any entitled holdings discrepancies and follow up outstanding issues;
• Liaise with brokers and counterparties to follow up any settlement related issues and enquiries;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Responsible Officer;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines preferred;
• Sound knowledge in Ayers GTS/ Ayers BOS preferred;
• At least 5 year SOLID experience in full set of settlement operations with both practical and managerial experience;
• Knowledge and experience in accounting and FRR a definite advantage;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
