• Assist the Management to monitor the private banking compliance program effectively, manages the regulatory risks inherent in the private banking business activities in Hong Kong.
• Support the Firm's Private Bank operations in HK
• Represent the Firm to HKMA and SFC regulators and managing the regulatory relationship
• Provide second-line of defense advice covering all private banking activities including advisory, discretionary portfolio management and trust businesses
• Conduct second-line of defense monitoring and testing covering all private banking activities in Hong Kong.

The successful Candidate:

• Degree holder preferably in Law, Finance, Business Administration
• At least 5 years of compliance experience in private banking, wealth management, bank systems or operations, audit, compliance or law
• Understanding of Hong Kong regulations (HKMA and SFC)
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese languages
