Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to meet business objectives
• Develop and implement the strategic plan to grow the equities business and increase market share
• Ensure the business is conducted in the most efficient manner and with proper compliance to regulatory requirements
• Develop and mentor sales force

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, Economic, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ related work experience in securities or financial industries, with at least 5 years in managerial level
• Holder of SFC RO license for Type 1 / 2
• Strategic, analytical and customer centric
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
