Analyst / Associate - Nova Credit Opportunities Fund

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing valuation analyses of investment opportunities under consideration, including preparing detailed financial models, performing detailed company and industry analysis,  working with consultants and other service providers to perform due diligence work, and preparing investment recommendations for presentation to the investment committee.

·  Assist in the drafting of term sheets, transaction negotiations and documentation and closings.

• Assist in post deal investment management by preparing regular investment update memos, maintaining regular communications with portfolio companies and monitoring investees' financial performance. Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of potential exit alternatives
• Participate in both internal and external client meetings. Analyze financial data and developments in financial markets important to the business for the fund and the company
• Support the preparation of investor reports and fund presentations for LPs on both a regularly and ad hoc basis.  Interface with other functions within the company for the daily operations of the fund
• Assist in the preparation of presentations to senior management and marketing materials for new business initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3 -5 years of work experience preferably with a private equity fund or investment bank，and asset management experience of Greater China region is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• Strong financial modeling skills and solid understanding of credit analysis
• High level of professionalism, integrity and good problem solving skills
• A motivated team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work under tight schedule
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

分析员/投资经理-新辰信用机会基金

主要职责：

• 参与评估投资机会，包括准备详细的财务模型，进行详细的公司和行业分析，配合外部的咨询师以及其他协助者完成尽调工作，以及准备并向投资委员会展示投资建议。

·  参与起草基金条款、交易谈判，参与撰写相关文件。

• 协助交易投资管理事宜，包括定期更新投资备忘录，维持和投资者的日常沟通，监控投资对象的财务表现。参与监控和评估可行的退出途径。
• 参加内外部客户会议，分析对基金和公司业务有重要影响的财务数据和金融市场发展情况。
• 定期或临时的协助准备投资报告和基金工作报告并向LP展示，并和公司其他部门配合推进基金日常工作。
• 协助为基金负责人准备展示文稿以及为新的募资和投资计划准备营销材料。

任职资格：

• 3-5年相关工作经验，PE或者投行为佳，有大中华区资产管理经验为佳
• 拥有本科及以上学位，经济、金融等相关专业毕业
• 具备优秀的金融建模和信用理解分析能力
• 具备优秀的敬业精神、正直的品格以及解决问题的能力
• 具备良好的积极性、优秀的沟通和团队合作技巧，具备有效掌握时间、处理各项优先工作的能力
• 具备流利的普通话和英文，熟练掌握读写技能
• 能够熟练使用Excel，Word，PowerPoint等办公软件
