Responsibilities

• Responsible for building up fixed income sales platform.
• Build and expand fixed income institutional client base, provide sales coverage for institutional clients in Asia Pacific region.
• Provide fixed income market information and trade ideas to institutional clients.
• Work with internal departments to implement selling procedures and policies.
• Provide distribution channels for fixed income primary deals, work closely with DCM on client communication before and after the deal.
• Promote Certificate of Deposit and Medium Term Note issued by the Bank to institutional clients.
• Facilitate fixed income secondary market trades for institutional clients. 
• Ensure all transactions undertaken with clients meet with relevant rules and regulations imposed by the Regulators.
• Fulfill sales target
• To perform ad hoc project as required

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economic, Business or relevant disciplines.
• Sound knowledge in fixed income products
• Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences.
• Able to work under pressure, self-initiative and a strong team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Bloomberg, Reuters, and MS office applications.
• Fluent in Putonghua, English and Cantonese.
