Responsibilities:

• Handling customers inquiries and complaints
• Provide quality service to customers to maintain our high reputation
• Coordinate customer personal record, clerical support and maintain filing system properly
• Prepare various reports and other related documents
• Assist in any ad hoc project as require 

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, fresh graduates may also be considered.
• 1 year working experience in financial industry is an advantage
• Willing to deal with people, customer-oriented with sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Familiar with MS Office, Excel,Word etc.
• Good written in English and spoken communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
