Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating & executing the CITIC Pacific Group Leadership Development Program, Management Development Programs and the Annual Finance / HR Conferences
• Support training implementation of the Group T&D Plan and related programs to satisfy the needs of employees which include preparation of training materials, handle training coordination and logistics, pre & post training follow up
• Organize staff learning sessions (such as Lunch & Learn, experience sharing) and staff engagement activities for creating a positive learning culture
• Provide training support to internal trainers for setting up in-house Management & Generic Skills programs
• Handle training administrative duties such as preparing training statistics & reports, compiling staff training records, process training sponsorship applications and reimbursements, and training evaluations

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Behavior, Psychology or related discipline          
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in Training & Development would be required; solid experience in handling training administration and logistics, as well as in coordinating for various staff training programs & activities for different levels of staff. Previous exposure to organizing training to PRC employees would be advantageous.   
• Possession of any formal qualification in Training & Development Programs and/or Train-The-Trainer Programs would be preferred                                                             
• Excellent computer skills in various Microsoft Windows applications such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Chinese input method
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
• Presentable & outgoing, with good interpersonal & communications skills; possess a positive mindset & work attitude; be able to work independently and under pressure; a good team player
