Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transaction settlements and prepare settlement reports including Hong Kong and Overseas markets
• Ensure all settlement instructions are timely and efficiently executed
• Handle daily settlement instructions
• Follow up with other brokers on any settlement related issues
• Familiar with CCASS and DCASS operations
• Perform stock holding reconciliation
• Handle accounts and settlement services request from clients such as attending to client’s enquiry in person or on phone or email
• Participate in system development projects

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• At least 5 years of settlement experience in HK stocks market and/or overseas markets
• Good understanding of securities products
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills
