Responsibilities

• Provide support both administrative and research work on various functions of the ECM team
• To ensure that the necessary documentation and processes are in place for the Chinese Walls among different departments (such as corporate finance, sales and/or research during mandated transaction
• Ensure that sales and research have the necessary information on the company as well as kept up-to-date on the timetable so that sales and research can execute their jobs effectively such as the provision of the Sales Memo, research timetable, appropriate materials for research to write, coordination of site visits for potential investors, coordinating the meetings between potential investors and issuers’ management
  
  

Requirements

• University degree preferably in Business Administration or Finance
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience within an ECM department of an investment bank
• Strong team player, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
