Responsibilities:

• Managing front desk functions and also overseeing the daily spa operations
• To optimize guest comments and ratings and responding to guest concerns in a considerate and professional manner.
• Promoting the spa services, products and membership to the clients
• Motivate staff to sell and upgrade our guests
• Deliver professional and high quality customer service
• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Handle customers’ enquires and complaints
• Generate reports regularly to Spa Director 
• Weekend shift duties required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience in spa/beauty/retail  industries
• Sales and result-driven, highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Strong in staff coaching & problem-solving
• Well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communication
• Independent, work under pressure and customer-oriented
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Computer literacy, proficient in MS office, including Word & Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Less experience will be considered as Spa Concierge
• Immediately available is preferable
