Responsibilities:

• Assist the store head to lead the store team to achieve sales objectives and standards
• Supervise, support and motivate the team to provide the best customer service and drive customer experiences
• Oversee overall operations of the store including business performance and inventory of all Beauty Counters, visual merchandising and people management
• Prepare analytics and reports

Requirements:

• 4 years solid retail sales experience at supervisory level preferably in the Retail or Cosmetics industry
• A self-starter, influencer, and possess great people management skills
• Result driven, proactive, and excellent communications skills
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English
