Job Description

• To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and subcontractors
• To monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters for all current projects.
•  Manages project risks and establishes project recovery plans when required. Resolves disputes with minimal need for escalation.
•  Manages the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned.
•  Develops and maintains long-term relationship with customers, consultants, prime contractors and subcontractors.

Requirements

•  Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering or related studies.
•  Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
•  Knowledge in ELV system will definitely be an advantage.
•  Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
•  Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills.
•  Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
