Job Description

Job duties:

  • Responsible for overall planning and project management of the assigned projects
  • Monitor the execution of worksand ensure cost, quality elements and achieving handover smoothly
  • Coordinating with client, consultants and sub-contractorsfor timely completion of the project.
  • Conduct site visit to monitor progress

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Interior Design/Architectural/Project Management, or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 3 years working experience in retail and commercial fitting-out projects and on-site experience.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and MS Project software programs.
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available advantage
