• Register Architect or Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Quantity Surveying with over 8 years of local experience in property development
• Experience in liaison with Government Authorities
• Must be a person of integrity and disciplined
• Responsible for overall project management including:
• Management and coordination of consultants and contractors
• Contract administration and cost control
• Review of drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Ensuring construction quality and progress
