Our client is an international specialist in the facade industry with a proven track record in deliverying successful facade / curtain wall projects.

Responsibilities :

1. To control and supervise the project to meet the target cost and timeline.
2. To liaise with the Consultants, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers for monitoring design and site progress.
3. To organize all project documents submission and approval.
4. To lead the project team from design stage to project handover stage.

Requirements :

1. Degree or higher diploma in Civil / Building / Mech. Engineering.
2. Minimum with 5 years in project management or Curtain Wall / Facade projects.
3. High competence in design / problem solving / planning / cost & site control.
4. Good knowledge in design codes and statutory submission.
5. Good computer skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project.
6. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
7. Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
