• Plan the corporate communications and stakeholder engagement strategies, monitor and execute those campaigns through public relations, event management, advertising and sponsorship;
• Maintain a consistent Corporate Identity in the Group, and distribute corporate information to the internal and external parties efficiently and effectively;
• Write and edit corporate newsletters, publications, press releases, website contents;
• Coordinate the production of marketing communications collaterals, including advertisements, publications, eDM, uniforms, premiums, etc.;
• Establish a close rapport with media;
• Provide marketing and PR advice and service to the departments;
• Other administrative and ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines;
• 3-5 years of solid working experience in corporate communications / advertising / public relations in sizable organization is an advantage;
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
• Knowledge in website editing tools is preferred;
• Knowledge in Graphic design softwares i.e. Photoshop or related software is an added advantage;
• Responsible, proactive, detail-minded, independent, well-organized, creative, a good player and with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Able to meet deadline and work under pressure, required to work overtime and at irregular hours during peak seasons.

**Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Corporate Communications Officer / Corporate Communications Assistant.
