Job Duties:

• Provide full range of secretarial services included organizing meetings, business trips, making expenses claims, prioritizing working schedules and itineraries, following email and phone call requests and etc.
• Provide daily coordination and secretarial support to the team members
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth run of business projects
• Maintain company records and information systems
• Provide general support to HR & Administration Department when required
• Other ad hoc job responsibilities  

Requirements:

• High school graduated
• At least 3 years of working experience preferably in multinational companies 
• Well versed in MS-Office skills; excellent knowledge in Powerpoint is advantageous
• Good numeric and financial sense
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus
• Strong interest in advertising disciplines, enjoy team work and lively working environment
• Young and energetic; possesses positive thinking and excellent servicing attitude
