Customer Service officer

Our client is a well-established insurance company with proven track record, who is looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.

Requirement 

• F. 7 graduate or above
• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience, working in Tele-marketing or Customer Service industry is an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent in MS Office application, especially Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Has IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5 qualifications is highly preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer

Job Description 

• Handle customers’ enquiries, service, feedback or complaints
• Coordinate with other departments for problem solving issues
• Make outbound calls to customers for sales follow up and customer retention
• Handle some related administrative works
