RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily shop operations including sales, cashiers, customer orders, receiving and other routine duties 
• Handle customers' enquiries
• Support Shop Manager on any ad hoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• DSE or above with good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility, outgoing and service oriented
• Enjoy working around books and communicate with customers
• Willing to learn, hardworking, good customer service skill with cheerful personality
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
