UNIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT OFFICE

The appointee will be responsible for preparing and editing a wide range of documents including but not limited to: (i) correspondence; (ii) fundraising proposals and donation reports; (iii) publications; and (iv) publicity and promotional materials such as websites, videos, and social media. He/She is also required to provide secretarial and administrative support to the HKBU Foundation Secretariat. 

Applicants should possess a recognised degree with at least six years of solid experience in related discipline such as corporate communications, editing, marketing, advertising and fundraising. Excellent command of written English and Chinese, as well as knowledge in e-communication platforms are necessary. Experience in tertiary education will be an advantage. They should be highly organised, detail-minded and able to work independently as well as with stakeholders at all levels to meet tight schedules. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
