Major Duties：

-To perform teaching duties in the areas of Property Maintenance for ERB courses;

-To develop, update training materials and assist in development of ERB course curriculum; and

-To carry out duties in relation to ERB student and course administration.

Requirements：

-Applicant should have Higher Diploma and (equivalent or above) in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration/ Fire service installations and legislation/ Electronics and Communication Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Building Services  Engineering, Property Management / Computer engineering / Information Engineering / Mechanical  Engineering / Building technology or related disciplines; and

-With at least 8 years relevant experience; and

-Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) or above / Class 3 FSI Contractors / Plumber's Licence / Refrigeration/ Air-conditioning/Ventilation Mechanic (Master) and having teaching experience are preferred.
