Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technical staff to handle the technical operations of the Group’s properties in Hong Kong
• Plan and review the overall technical aspects, equipment and facilities and propose recommendations for improvement
• Evaluate tender proposals and quotations; and monitor all contracting works for the properties
• Participate in handover of units, fit-out coordination and planned maintenance & technical operations
• Work closely with the Property Management team in dealing with all technical related matters

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines
• Qualified Engineer with at least 10 years’ relevant experience of which 5 years at managerial level, preferably gained in sizable construction or property management companies
• Well versed in related laws and regulations
• Good leadership and project management skills
• Good customer service and communication skills at all levels
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
