Main Duties:  

• To provide technical support to customers over the phone or customers site;
• To provide installation, preventive maintenance, repair service for customers;
• To support sales team in technical aspect of products;

Requirements:

• Technological Institute (TI) Graduated or equivalent;  
• Experience in electronic/electrical engineering background is an advantage;
• Experience as service technician, experience in servicing medical equipment an advantage;
• Fresh Graduates are welcome as well;
• Good interpersonal skill with good manner;
• Good command in English and Mandarin;
• Good computer knowledge
