Responsibilities:    

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve technical issues on the products
• Provide Pre-sales and after-sales support for customers and sales
• Conduct product training to customer and sales

Requirements:    

• Degree or Higher Dip. in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 3 years experiences in technical support and system integration
• 1-2 year solid experience in AV systems, preferably in hotel industry
• Excellent communication skills and customer focused
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Good in Mandarin
• Self-motivated, quick learning and able to work under pressure
• Occasionally oversea travel may be required
• Candidate with less experience or lower qualification will be considered as Assistant Technical Support Engineer
