Responsibilities:

- Handle phone calls from consumer about technical issue of SD card

- Process testing & tester operation; and operate equipment

- Support IT issue

- Entry ERP and handling document of sales team

Requirement:

- Having certificate or diploma in electronics or IT subjects

- Having experience in handling customer service or RMA operation or technical enquiries
