Nippecraft has suffered three consecutive years of net losses and has been placed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Watch list.  The company has gone through a range of turnaround initiatives including disposal of underperforming subsidiaries, strengthening of the trading business, product and cost rationalization, and production process outsourcing.   The focus is now on growth, while continuing with the business turnaround. In addition, significant synergies can be harnessed with the parent company, Asia Pulp & Paper, to enable Nippecraft to realize its full potential and return to a trajectory of profitable growth.
