Swire Foods group invests in and manages the development of various new food categories through its holding company Swire Foods Holdings Limited. The group manufactures, packages and distributes a variety of foodstuffs and beverage products under Swire Foods Trading (China), Taikoo Sugar, Swire MP Foods and Chongqing New Qinyuan Bakery.

Swire Foods Trading (China) distributes products under Swire Foods' own brands, including sugar, and freeze-dried fruit. The company also distributes products of joint venture and partner brands including Mövenpick ice cream and coffee.

Iconic brand Taikoo Sugar was established by Swire in 1881 and refined sugar in Hong Kong for almost 90 years. Today, Taikoo Sugar packages and sells premium sugar products, branded and private label single-serve sachets of sugar, salt, pepper and tea to the retail and catering sectors in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The company also has a well-established export business, and currently markets branded sugar products in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North America.

Swire MP Foods is a 60:40 joint venture formed by Swire Foods Holdings and Mövenpick Foods Licensing Limited. Established in 2013, the company markets premium-quality coffee through retail and catering sectors in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Swire Foods Holdings also wholly owns Chongqing New Qinyuan Bakery, a leading bakery chain in southwest China with over 500 stores in Chongqing, Guiyang and Chengdu.
