Bright Quality Learning Education Centre (培慧教育中心) is located at the town centre area of Tuen Mun, 5 minutes from the MTR station.  

We aim to provide fun lessons with relaxing learning atmosphere to our students.  Stimulating students to be interested in English and encouraging them to participate has always been our very first priority.   With interest and participation, children will then become motivated and confident.  Children can then acquire the knowledge.   English is not only a subject at school; it's also a culture and a language with history and stories.
